Here's what we charge. You shouldn't have to ring round three places to find out what a job costs, so we've put the lot on one page.

Same structure. One clock: the £100 covers up to two hours on site whatever we're doing, then it's £80 an hour. Parts on top, as always.
What counts as out of hours: anything outside Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. That means weekday evenings, and all day Saturday, which we cover 8am–3pm.
We're closed on Sunday.
Fixed prices
Fitting work, priced by the job rather than by the hour. Supply and fit, or fit-only if you've bought the kit yourself.

What's included
- Coming to you — home or work, within about 10 miles of Stourbridge. No separate callout charge during standard hours.

- Parts. Charged on top of labour. We'll tell you the price before we fit anything.
- Distance. Beyond roughly 10 miles we'll usually still come — we'll just say on the phone if there's anything extra on it.
- Out of hours. The rates above, agreed before we set off.

How much does a mobile auto electrician cost?
£70 covers up to two hours on site within 10 miles of Stourbridge — diagnosis, repair or both, on one clock. After two hours it's £55 an hour, whatever we're doing. Parts are on top. Out of hours and on Saturdays it's £100 for up to two hours on site, then £80 an hour.
What if you can't find the fault?
If we can't tell you what's wrong, you don't pay. We'd rather walk away with nothing than bill you for hours that got nowhere. It doesn't happen often, but it happens, and you should know where you stand before we start.
Is the repair on top of the £70?
No. There's one clock, not two. The £70 covers up to two hours on site, whatever we're doing in that time — diagnosis, repair, or both. Parts are on top. Past two hours it's £55 an hour, regardless of what we're doing.

Do you charge for travel?
Not within about 10 miles of Stourbridge — that covers Brierley Hill, Halesowen, Dudley, Kingswinford and everywhere around them. Further out and we'll usually still come; we'll just tell you on the phone whether there's anything extra on it before we set off, rather than surprising you with it afterwards.
Are parts included?
No, parts are on top of labour, and we'll tell you the price before we fit anything. We carry common batteries, alternators, starters, relays, connectors, cable and fuses on the van — which is rather the point of ringing us instead of a garage, because it usually means one visit instead of two.
