Out of hours is £100 for up to 2 hours on site — diagnosis, repair or both — then £80 an hour. Full price list.
What to tell us
Have these to hand when you ring and we'll give you a much better answer on the phone:
- Make, model and year
- What it's doing — and when it started
- Whether it starts at all
- Anything that's already been changed or tried
- Your postcode
Don't worry if you don't know the technical side. "It clicks but won't turn over" is exactly the sort of thing we need.
Where we work
We're a mobile service based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, and we come to you — at home or at your workplace. We cover roughly 10 miles: Stourbridge, Brierley Hill, Halesowen, Dudley, Kingswinford and everywhere around them.
We don't have a workshop or a counter, so there's nowhere to bring the vehicle to — which is rather the point. See the full list of areas we cover.
